flow.
You explore how the water element comes to live in you.
Tiana will guide the painting on canvas or on a Goddess
dress without brushes,
fingertips guiding the paint in subtle, flowing or rhythmic
patterns.
Entering the Yin energy and accepting yourself in the now,
no judgements.
Here I am, this is me, nowhere to go,
nothing to do but dance and paint whatever bubbles up out
of the flow of your live.
